Order Information
Orders may take between 24-36 hours to process. Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. An email confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, after an order is placed. If this e-mail is not received, please contact our Customer Service at 216-441-7176 x102.
For US orders, your tracking number will be sent by e-mail on the date the package is shipped.
International Shipping
For Canadian orders, please contact our customer service at 216-441-7176 x102 to place your order. At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the US and Canada.
Tracking your Order
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, clicking My Orders, and then clicking on the order you would like to track.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping times may vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Ground delivery: Unless an express service is requested at the time of purchase, all parcels within United States are shipped using ground service. US orders should typically arrive between 6-8 business days from date of order.
FedEx Express Saver: If this service is requested, your shipment should arrive 3-4 business days; applicable for North American shipments only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that FedEx Express Savers orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times.
FedEx 2Day: If this service is requested, your shipment should arrive 2 business days; applicable for North American shipments only. FedEx 2 Day service delivery days are Monday through Friday. No Holidays. Please note that FedEx 2 Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times.
Shipping fees
Orders shipping within the United States are automatically calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery service requested, the size and/or weight of the package, and the shipping and destination postal codes. If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping fees. The following will not be accepted for returns:
- Products that have been damaged caused by misuse
- Products that are not in their original package and containing all components
- Products purchased over 30 days from date of receipt
- Any item without a receipt or order#
