A: Takeya’s AcraGlass™ is what makes our food and beverage containers so special. Q. What are the water bottles made of?
A. Glass. The glass water bottles are made of a very high quality glass.
Q: How do I care for my Takeya product?
A: Tea Maker/Pitcher: Dishwasher safe or hand wash to extend product newness and longevity.
Infuser: Tap upside down in trash bin or garbage disposal to remove tea and rinse; you may hand wash or soak with mild soap if desired.
Jacket (where available): Rinse and air dry; if you desire you can use a mild shampoo or mahcine wash on delicate, cold cycle and air dry.
Glass Water Bottles: The bottle, cap and silicone jacket are dishwasher safe. We recommend you do not remove the silicone jacket while washing to extend product newness and longevity.
Q: Can I buy spare parts for my Takeya product?
A: Some spare parts/accessories are available for purchase through our online store. Available spare parts/accessories can be found in the “Accessories” section of our products page.
Q: Do you accept international credit cards?
A: Currently we can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and Canada. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. If you are interested in placing an order using an international credit card, please contact our Customer Service directly at 216-441-7176 x102.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the US and Canada. For Canadian orders, please contact our customer service for shipping rates.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Takeya allows for unused products to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. See Return Policy.
