The “flash chill” iced tea beverage system includes the Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker and Flash Chill pre-measured T-PACs. Together you can make the perfect glass of tea in minutes.

For added flavor, customize and enhance your beverages with naturally sweetened infusions of fresh fruit and citrus juice using our fruit infuser and juicer.

Combining our tea infuser design with our patented Flash Chill method, the Flash Chill Beverage System is fast and easy to use. The large infuser allows the whole leaf teas to open and fully release aromas and flavors, while the Flash Chill method takes tea from boiling hot to ice cold in seconds.

T-PAC technology

Each T-PAC contains hand selected premium whole leaf tea, pre-measured and foil sealed at the source, ensuring consistent flavor and a fresh glass of iced tea every time. It couldn’t be simpler - just tear open a T-PAC and pour into the tea infuser.

HOW IT WORKS IN 3 EASY STEPS:
  • Choose your favorite Flash Chill Iced Tea pre-measured T-PAC and pour into the tea infuser.
  • Twist the tea infuser into the lid then pour hot water into the tea maker, filling halfway. Lower the lid with infuser into the tea maker.
  • To Flash Chill, remove tea infuser, top off with ice, seal the lid then shake for 30 seconds.

The 1 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker makes 4 glasses and is great for individuals and smaller households. The 2 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker makes 8 glasses and is great for large families, picnics, BBQ’s and parties.

strawberry & kiwi

INGREDIENTS

  • for 2 quart Iced Tea Maker
  • 4 cups cold water, preferably filtered
  • Ice
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 2½ cups red apple, chopped into ½-inch cubes
  • (Optional: extra cinnamon sticks for garnish)

Cinnamon sticks add just the right touch of spice to this sweet and brisk infusion. For an extra kick of flavor, garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.

  • 01. PREP Tear open 2 TAKEYA Classic Black T-PACs, pour into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat water to a boil, cool for 1 minute and fill the Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser.
  • 03. FLASH CHILL Top off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 21/3 cups of the iced tea to make room for the fruit infusion.
  • 04. ADD CITRUS FLAVOR  Twist the Citrus Juicer into the top of the Iced Tea Maker and juice the oranges. Twist off the Citrus Juicer, seal and shake to mix.
  • 5. ADD FRUIT & SPICE FLAVOR Twist the Fruit Infuser into the Infuser Extender and add chopped apples and cinnamon sticks. Twist the Fruit Infuser into the lid, lower it into the iced tea and seal airtight. Zip on the Thermo Jacket and infuse for 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Makes 8 glasses.

CLASSIC BLACK

Add extra oranges and limes to your shopping bag, and dehydrate ¼ inch citrus slices on a rack in the oven at 170 degrees for a stained glass effect. Simply heat the slices for 4 hours, turn off the oven and let them cool in the oven overnight. Cut thin slits in the oranges and limes and place them on the rim of each glass before serving.

  • 01. PREP Tear open 2 TAKEYA Tropical Black T-PACs, pour into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat water to a boil, cool for 1 minute and fill the Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  • 03. FLASH CHILL Top off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 2 cups of the iced tea to make room for the citrus juice.

Not familiar with peeling a kiwi?
Slice the fruit in half and run a
spoon around the edge to easily
scoop out the kiwi.

  • 01. PREP Tear open 2 TAKEYA Fresh Green T-PACs, pour the tea into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat water to a boil, cool for 4 minutes and fill the Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  • 03. FLASH CHILL Top off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 1¹/³ cups of the iced tea to make room for the fruit infusion.
  • 04. ADD FRUIT FLAVOR Twist the Fruit Infuser into the Infuser Extender and add chopped strawberries and kiwi. Twist the Fruit Infuser into the lid, lower it into the iced tea and seal airtight. Infuse in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 glasses.

There’s more to drink décor than those miniature paper umbrellas. Serve this berry sip with raspberry ice cubes for a fun burst of color and added chill. Just add one whole raspberry to each ice cube mold, add water and freeze.

  • 01. PREP Tear open 2 TAKEYA Green Mint T-PACs, into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat water to a boil, cool for 3 minutes and fill the Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  • 03. FLASH CHILLTop off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 1½ cups of the iced tea to make room for the fruit infusion.
  • 04. ADD CITRUS FLAVOR Twist the Fruit Infuser into the Infuser Extender and add chopped strawberries and raspberries to the Fruit Infuser. Twist the Fruit Infuser into the lid, lower it into the iced tea and seal airtight. Zip on the Thermo Jacket and infuse for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Makes 8 glasses.

Help your kids make the switch from artificial, sugary drinks to a healthier sip with this fruity and tangy lemonade sweetened with all-natural honey. Even before they fall for the flavors, the bright red hue will draw them in.

  • 01. PREP Add chopped mint to the bottom of the Iced Tea Maker and muddle with a wooden spoon. Tear open 2 TAKEYA Hibiscus Pomegranate T-PACs, pour the herbal blend into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat cold water to a boil, cool for 1 minute and fill the Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  • 03. FLASH CHILL Top off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 11/3 cups of the iced herbal blend to make room for citrus infusion.
  • 04. ADD FRUIT FLAVOR Twist the Citrus Juicer into the top of the Iced Tea Maker and juice the lemons. Twist off the Citrus Juicer, seal and shake to mix before serving. Zip on the TAKEYA Thermo Jacket. Makes 8 glasses.

HIBISCUS POMEGRANATE

Not quite sure how to pick the perfect papaya? Look for one with yellow skin that offers a light, sweet aroma. It’s best to chop the papaya when ripe, and then store the fruit in an airtight container in the refrigerator before infusing.

  • 01. PREP Tear open 2 TAKEYA Coconut Lime Rooibos T-PACs, pour the herbal blend into the Tea Infuser and twist it into the lid.
  • 02. BREW Heat water to a boil, cool for 1 minute and fill the Iced Tea Maker halfway. Lower the lid with attached Tea Infuser into the hot water, allowing steam to vent, and brew for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and detach the Tea Infuser. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  • 03. FLASH CHILLTop off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove 1½ cups of the iced herbal blend to make room for the fruit infusion.
  • 04. ADD CITRUS FLAVOR Twist the Fruit Infuser into the Infuser Extender and add chopped mango and papaya to the Fruit Infuser. Twist the Fruit Infuser into the lid, lower it into the iced herbal blend and seal airtight. Zip on the Thermo Jacket and infuse for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Garnish each glass with fresh mint sprigs before serving. Makes 8 glasses.
